Dynamic, Structured Presentations for Your Organization!

Staff Keynote for Schools & Organizations
In this dynamic, highly interactive, story and researched based keynote, the participant will discover the four key principles and the three key shifts needed to create a strength or asset rich environment. A strength based approach can have powerful impact upon test scores, grades, attendance, and school engagement – plus connect more staff with students on a heart to heart basis. This approach is designed not to take more staff time, but rather shift attention and find out how small things can make an extraordinary different. Using stories from his book “Stopping at Every Lemonade Stand: How to Create a Culture That Cares for Kids” (Viking Penguin), Vollbracht has delivered this presentation at National Title 1 Conference, regional educational and Youth Serving Organization Conferences, and Governor’s Summits across North America.

Dynamic Follow-Up Workshops/Trainings:
Have a workshop or training specifically tailored for your organization. As a stand alone or follow up to the keynote continue the excitement with more stories and data behind a strength based or asset approach. Participants will interact, see how they can use the data in practical ways, and create a seven point action plan to create small changes that will translate into significant results.

Parent/Community Keynote:
In the ‘good old days” if a student did something wrong, the parents were upset with the students. Today, parents are now mad at the schools! Time to change this paradigm around. In this interactive and informative presentation, parents, grandparents, and guardians will interact, see the powerful data behind building strengths, and have a very practical action plan how they can be positive forces for change at school, support, not oppose school staff, and have a list of twenty small, and powerful practices they can use to help their kids.

The Student Service & Leadership Event:

In this dynamic, high energy, and fun training, you will be tapping into the most underutilized resource in the WORLD today - our youth. In this leadership and service training, students will learn leadership from the best selling book“Good to Great,” and identify service projects they can do in school to improve the school or community climate. What’s the good news? Students involved in service are 51% less likely to be engaged in high risk behavior and leadership training leads to thriving behaviors. Train up to 100 students at a time starting at 5th grade (you pick the grade levels)and let’s get our kids changing the school and community!
