THE 7 BASIC ASSETS AND CREATING A THRIVING SCHOOL & COMMUNITY In this keynote you'll discover the ten key characteristics of all great schools and staff. Drawing from research from the Gallup Organization and Search Institute on the importance of a strength or asset based approach you'll see how youth as participants, parents as players, and how service and roles at school lowers high risk behaviors. Participants will discover how focusing on “small changes” improves attendance, grades, and even test scores! This presentation is guaranteed to leave participants affirmed for the great practices they are already implementing, and have them inspired to begin a new school year, or encouraged to adopt practices once the school year is in session.
